Since our founding in 2011 as an architectural design and visualization company, Shark Viz has evolved into a small-scale construction and renovation firm serving Central Ohio. As we expanded our work in construction, we encountered the same challenge many builders face—finding high-quality machinery and building materials at reasonable prices.
The market often left us choosing between overpriced brand-new equipment or used machines with uncertain reliability—neither of which was ideal.

To solve this, we began sourcing construction machinery and materials in bulk, leveraging direct manufacturer relationships to reduce costs without compromising on quality. While we utilize these products for our own projects, we also sell our surplus inventory—offering other builders, contractors, and DIY professionals affordable access to the tools and materials they need.
